My purpose is to ensure that all functions I attend are run smoothly in accordance with your requirements on the day and liaising closely with the Function Manager of the Venue where I am attending. A Toastmaster in attendance working with the venue staff enables them to concentrate on their various duties without being sidetracked, therefore making the day successful for all concerned.

At Weddings I attend to the Bride and Bridegrooms needs from the time they arrive and through all the formalities such as the receiving line and formal toast and speeches etc to the introduction of the first dance of the evening after which I will discreetly depart leaving the party to continue with the DJ/Band.

Many of the duties of a Toastmaster are unseen and carried out backstage with the caterers, photographers, video operator etc. enabling the wedding party and family to relax and enjoy themselves.

I usually meet you before the day in order to discuss and arrange the requirements whether it be a Wedding, Black Tie, Conference, Award Ceremony or Masonic Ladies Festival etc.
